Welcome to the
JESS ClusterWorking with families and communities to promote positive and sustainable futures. The JESS Cluster comprises of the three neighbourhoods in Leeds; Beeston, Belle Isle, Holbeck and Hunslet.
The Cluster consists of 14 schools and 4 Children’s Centres and has some strong integrated partnerships with local Voluntary Community & Faith sector organisations.

Welcome to the
JESS ClusterWe work restoratively with families to co-ordinate all work through an Early Help Assessment, Plan and Review (EHA/EHP/EHR). These are multi-agency meetings which support to identify and work towards families goals, reducing statutory intervention from the local authority provision.

Who We Are - What We Do
We work with children and families to provide a comprehensive range of family support and therapeutic services across the Beeston, Belle Isle, Holbeck and Hunslet areas of Leeds. We cover 11 Primary Schools, 2 High Schools and 5 Children’s centres. We also work closely with partners and voluntary, community and faith sector organisations (VCFS) in our Cluster to ensure fully integrated working in an aim to reduce the amount of statutory interventions from the local authority provision.
